About the Role: Early Childhood Educator - Infant Toddler Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a dedicated and reputed company Early Childhood Educator to reputed company our Infant Toddler Preschool program. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants and toddlers. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, reputed company, and implement daily lesson plans that provide educational and enrichment activities for infants and toddlers, aligning with federal performance standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• A National Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or Florida Child Care Professional Certificate (FCCPC) for Pre-school or Infant/Toddler Endorsement is highly preferred.
• At least one year of experience in teaching Head Start, Early Head Start, preschool, or kindergarten-aged children.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least 45 lbs. and provide physical assistance in the transportation of special needs children.
• Reasonable accommodation may be made for otherwise qualified persons with disabilities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for infant/toddler education.
• Understanding of behavior modification theories and practices relating to infant/toddler development.
• Familiarity with reputed company educational techniques and practices relating to infant/toddler development.
• Ability to resolve conflicts between toddler-aged children and plan, organize, and implement infant/toddler education curriculums.
• Ability to assume a seated position on the floor for extended periods and prepare and maintain work-reputed company reports and files.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and administer CPR and First Aid.
