Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Identify, define, and refine best practices for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of stateful microservices and lambdas in a multi-region cloud environment.
• Agile Methodologies: Promote and facilitate Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban, by leading regular ceremonies such as stand-reputed company, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Offer technical guidance to engineering leaders and their teams to enhance their technical ability and build their understanding of the products and platforms we're responsible for.

Essential Qualifications
