About the Role: Member Services Representative

The Member Services Representative position is a key role reputed company the Payments and Digital Strategy team at reputed company Credit Union. This role is responsible for a wide range of functions, including reputed company processing, item processing, direct payments, and funds transfers. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete data entry and balancing functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate return items with members, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions.
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company Accounting standard ledger balancing.
• Work on member cases/issues assigned, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws.
• Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks.
• Review, research, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products.
• Log, research, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns.
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Complete daily balancing and department closing, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic funds transfer requests.
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing funds transfer information, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate with vendors to process funds transfers reputed company.
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming funds transfer laws and regulations.
• Deposit reputed company returns, research member returned checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm members for outgoing funds transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing funds transfers.
• Complete daily processing of workflows reputed company to late returns, delivery of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees.

Requirements for Success:

To reputed company in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• High school degree or GED.
