Job Summary

As a Travel Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing reputed company aspects of travel for deployments, leaves, and OCONUS travel around the world. You will work overnight, night shift hours to accommodate travel requests from projects located globally, in real-time. This is a remote position reputed company the reputed company United States, with up to 10% travel to the Houston office required for training, meetings, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other logistics.
• Ensure reputed company travel complies with company policies and federal law.
• Collect and analyze data reputed company to operational metrics.
• Generate regular and reputed company reports to guide business decisions.
• Partner with People Analytics to define dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI or similar.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis processes through automation and improve overall data accuracy.

Requirements and Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of directly reputed company experience in travel, logistics, or a closely reputed company field.
• Strong, demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite (Outlook, reputed company, Access, or similar databases).
• Proven experience creating organizational systems and implementing process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in analytics, ideally reputed company travel, hospitality, or a reputed company industry.

• Experience reconciling travel (or other business) expenses.
• Prior operational support experience in a federal contracting environment.

• Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods.
