Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential candidates' qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and other forms of communication
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruiting team to understand job requirements and reputed company effective recruitment strategies
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries and rates, and obtain Letters of reputed company and Exclusivity as needed
• Maintain contact with candidates to reputed company them informed about the status of their applications

• Vet potential candidates' credentials and provide advice to hiring managers on salary negotiations

Essential Qualifications

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM's reputed company Specialty Credential preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with IT professionals, ERP applications, and reputed company clearances
• Knowledge of the Federal government's recruitment processes and procedures
