Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to join reputed company in Washington and Oregon. As a strategic human resources business partner, you will play a critical role in developing and executing components of the people strategy for our retail division, which comprises approximately 1,000-1,600 stores and 22,000 colleagues. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Regional Directors, assisting them in the development of their store talent strategies and providing thought partnership to Talent Development Business Partners and HR Directors on talent mobility and development.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of Human Resource experience, with a strong background in HR generalist concepts, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time or as business needs require, with a focus on Washington and Oregon.
  • Knowledgeable in a variety of HR generalist concepts, with the ability to identify business opportunities and reputed company and implement people strategies to address.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with field or senior business leaders, with a strong track record of coaching and developing colleagues at reputed company levels.
  • Proven collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with members of the HR Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to reputed company, document, and communicate strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Able to work autonomously, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
