About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and dynamic Senior People Operations Specialist to join our remote team. As a pivotal member of our HR team, you'll drive the execution of overall People Operations initiatives across our offices, including India and Hong reputed company. This role requires a strong track record in HR advisory, people operations, and project management, with a deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Advisory:
  • Provide sound HR advice and support to employees on various HR matters, including policies, benefits, performance, and career development.
  • Address employee queries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Advise on the application of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and fair treatment of employees.
  • Ensure HR practices reputed company with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify potential HR risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Operations:
  • Possess a strong understanding of HR process chains and responsibilities reputed company People operations domain from an employee lifecycle perspective.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to assess issues from multiple angles comprehensively to problem-solve effectively.

• Analytical Abilities: Proficient in data analysis and HR metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
