About the Role

The Senior Manager of Shopper Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs and strategies to increase sales and brand awareness reputed company key grocery retailers. This critical role will manage and reputed company an associate manager, reporting to the Director of Shopper Marketing, Grocery, and collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Business Leads/Managers, Brand Marketing, Category Insights, and other stakeholders to reputed company overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned retailers, shopper segments, insights, trends, competitive landscape, and brand sales/marketing performance, coaching and educating relevant teams on retailer marketing policies and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• 6-7+ years of experience in shopper marketing, sales, marketing, or shopper insights.

• A self-starter, hard-working, and proactive team player with a can-do attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $153,000 - $175,000, depending on geography, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. You'll also receive a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, including an Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage of 30%.
