To help us scale effectively, we’re hiring a Senior/Staff Program Manager to drive coordination, execution, and delivery across our product teams. This role is key to bringing structure and clarity to how we build and launch products, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and helping us scale our program management practice from the ground up.

• reputed company end-to-end program management for product delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Client Operations.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation through launch and post-launch performance tracking.

• Collaborate closely with Product leadership to translate roadmaps into actionable plans, monitor reputed company, and align initiatives with business goals.

• Own and optimize tools such as Jira and reputed company for program tracking, reporting, and documentation to increase transparency and accountability.

• 3-5 years of experience leading and managing program management teams, ideally with 4-5 direct reports.

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and lean environments—preferably in tech or SaaS companies rather than large enterprises or heavily regulated industries.
