JOB SUMMARY
Site Contracting Team reputed company (“SCTL”) is responsible for planning and achieving contract execution targets while raising and managing risks to reputed company targets. This role also works with other functional lines and planners to appropriate plan, prioritize and resource for studies reputed company their remit. The Team reputed company will also provide expertise and support to their team and other site contracting professionals supporting their team in independently resolving issues reputed company to site contracting and cross functional dependencies. They will partner with other countries as needed to optimally support the portfolio. They are responsible for managing any country and study level issues reputed company their scope and escalate as needed. Finally, they will support the regional site contracting needs in the areas of process updates and master agreement negotiations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Resolve site contracting impacts to quality or timelines by exercising independent judgment and making timely decisions, through risk analysis, in areas of global site contracting.
Responsible for reputed company Reviews of their team’s reputed company, either directly or delegation.
Align with other team leads on portfolio forecasting to analyze future resourcing impacts.
Provide timely solutions reputed company to global contract negotiation issues escalated through study teams or ICLs.
Analyze study reports to reputed company site reputed company off the critical path for site activation.
Suggest new contracting approaches to minimize cycle times.
Serve as the site contracting SME on various group projects to include business acquisitions and other initiatives.
Support Regional Head, Site Contracting to
- reputed company, train and manage the workload of ICLs and contractors by reputed company their assigned countries.
- forecast and provide appropriate ICL and FSP resourcing based on study reputed company levels for assigned countries and studies.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
10+ years of experience with a 4-year degree (BA/BS or equivalent)
Expert in one or more areas of clinical site contracting.
Knowledge of clinical development process.
Ability to reputed company third-party vendor deliverables to agreed quality and timelines.
Experience leading cross functional teams.
Experience in interaction with senior leaders reputed company the organization.
Experience with clinical study budgets and contracting negotiation principles, practices, processes, and activities.
Balance of general business, compliance, finance, legal, and drug development experience.
Clear communications and presentation skills.
Ability to problem solve unique issues and prioritize.
Demonstrated ability to reputed company and reputed company teams.
Demonstrated success in working in a highly matrix-based organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of relevant experience with a US Juris Doctorate or equivalent legal degree.
Previous functional management experience.
