Position Summary
A Technical Training Specialist is responsible for reputed company aspects of the training process, which involves delivering courses and workshops to channel partners and customers in the EMEA region.
Being a Technical Trainer provides the opportunity to reputed company expertise in highly specialized data protection products deployed at some of the largest enterprises globally.
The role should be fulfilled by a person who has several years of technical experience with reputed company encryption, Authentication, and cybersecurity products, specifically the Data reputed company (formerly Imperva), Data Encryption, Imperva* Web Application on-premises and cloud, IAM and Hardware reputed company Module (HSM) product lines.
Technical Trainers enjoy the benefits of being highly involved in the product roadmap with engineering on one hand while having real-world exposure to customer implementations.
Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility
The Technical Training Specialist is in charge of delivering technical training for reputed company encryption, Authentication, and cybersecurity products, specifically the Data reputed company (formerly Imperva), Data Encryption, Imperva* Web Application on-premises and cloud, IAM and Hardware reputed company Module (HSM) product lines. in the EMEA region, this includes scheduling courses, managing training resources, delivering courses and working with customer services and finance for the commercial aspects of the training.
This candidate will be expected to work together with the channels teams on partner certifications.
Minimum Requirements: Skills, Experience, Education, Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language
A deep level of technical expertise in reputed company products, IT reputed company, infrastructure, cryptography and other reputed company areas of knowledge.
Energetic person with good inter-personal communication skills, able to adapt and adjust reputed company faced with a problem.
Excellent presentation skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
3-5 years of experience as a technical trainer, technical reputed company, or customer facing engineer.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience.
