Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent education and work experience in a similar role. High School Degree or equivalent required.

• 2+ years’ experience in healthcare quality improvement, provider relations, or a similar role.
• 2+ years of experience in managed care government programs, such as Medicaid and Medicare.
• Ability to travel reputed company the state of Mississippi 75% of working hours.
• A valid driver's license with reputed company of auto insurance and the ability to use your own vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with dental clinical guidelines, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence dental providers.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six reputed company, or PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act), is a plus.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software, data analytics tools, and reputed company Office Suite.

FLSA Status: Salary/Exempt

National Salary Range: $46,080 - $90,080

Bonus Eligible: Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
