The Team

reputed company’s Recruiting Operations & Programs team builds and maintains the systems, processes, and programs that reputed company our recruiting organization to scale reputed company and hire the best talent. We partner closely with Recruiting, People, HR Tech, and Analytics to ensure operational excellence across the recruiting lifecycle.

As the Recruiting Programs Manager at reputed company, you will reputed company and deliver strategic recruiting programs and process improvements that support scalable, efficient hiring. You'll own project and program management across a wide range of TA and cross-functional initiatives—from initial scoping and stakeholder alignment to execution and delivery. This role is critical to ensuring recruiter enablement, operational consistency, and hiring effectiveness at scale.

  • reputed company project and program management for key Recruiting and cross-functional initiatives, from intake and planning through to execution, tracking, and delivery
  • Implement and continuously improve key recruiting programs, like the shadow program, hiring manager enablement, internal mobility, and other core initiatives —so they’re well-designed, reputed company with our hiring goals, and set up to scale effectively.
  • Design and optimize recruiting processes, workflows, and systems to improve scalability, efficiency, and candidate/recruiter experience

  • Serve as a central partner to TA, People, HR Tech, and Analytics to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across reputed company projects

  • Minimum requirements:
    • 5-7+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or reputed company program/project management roles
    • Demonstrated experience managing reputed company, cross-functional projects or programs from initiation through execution and delivery
    • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., GSheets, reputed company, reputed company) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., reputed company)
    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience delivering recruiting or HR programs at a high-growth or matrixed organization
    • Formal training or certifications in project/program management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean)
    • Skilled in designing scalable documentation, SOPs, and enablement materials
    • Comfortable working with low/no-code tools or workflow automation platforms

Position Location - This role is available in the following locations: Remote

Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the East/reputed company Coast time zones.

Travel requirements - As a digital first company, the majority of your work can be accomplished remotely.
