You will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of mission-critical systems that power dLocal’s treasury, settlements, and balance management processes.As part of the platform product organization, you’ll work closely with engineering, finance, operations, compliance, and data teams to ensure our internal financial products are accurate, auditable, scalable, and reliable — across dozens of countries and currencies.
What will I be doing?
- You will help drive the rollout of an ERP system across more than 70 entities in over 40 different countries
- You will be working with multiple internal stakeholders to analyze treasury, accounting and operational business processes, and reputed company products and solutions to help automate processes and drive information flows to the ERP
- You will work closely with a team of skilled engineers and define strategy and roadmap for the platform, evangelizing to the development teams and broader organization
- You will work closely with other product teams to ensure the solutions developed can meet our customer needs
- You will execute a vision, ensuring every item on the roadmap provides the desired outcome for our organization, our customers and the business
- You will analyze and use data to reputed company informed decisions
- You will do whatever it takes to reputed company your product and team successful, no matter how big or small the issue may be

What skills do I need?
- 5+ years experience working as a Product manager
- Proven ability to deliver on ERP integrations or BPA projects including external ERP systems
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and treasury functions
- Creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, marketing, legal, finance or sales
- Proven track record of developing product delivery teams, while effectively overseeing the work of large groups of engineers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
- Located in Argentina, Brazil, Spain or Uruguay
