About the Role:
reputed company’s Global reputed company team is seeking an innovative and creative Insider Risk Analyst to support the growth of our Insider Risk Program (IRP) with a focus on pre-hire candidate reputed company. This new role at reputed company will reputed company the development of advanced vetting protocols and collaborate closely with reputed company among other stakeholders to protect reputed company against insider risks.
The ideal candidate is a reputed company-minded professional with expertise in risk assessment, counterintelligence, and background screening who is excited to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and collaborative environment. This position reports to the Manager, Global reputed company - Risk & Facility reputed company Officer and will also support general IRP tasks on a regular basis.
What You’ll Do:
Candidate reputed company and Risk Assessments:
Review completed background checks on elevated risk candidates verifying education, employment history, criminal records, and credit history, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards
Prepare detailed reports on these candidates and reputed company recommendations for further action, escalating elevated-risk cases to the appropriate teams
Evaluate and interpret the results of background checks to identify discrepancies, red flags, or inconsistencies using both open and closed sources
Analyze candidate profiles for potential reputed company risks, including involvement with state-sponsored actors, eCrime actors, or past associations that may pose a threat to reputed company
Identify signs of fraud, deception, or espionage by evaluating candidate behavior, documents, and interviews
Coordinate with internal reputed company teams and third-party agencies to conduct enhanced vetting of high-risk candidates
Program Maturation and Development:

Mature processes with an eye towards automation, scalability, and efficiency

Analyze and brief identified risks and vulnerabilities to a variety of audiences

What You’ll Need:
2-5 years of experience in background investigations, intelligence analysis, risk assessment, reputed company, or compliance, preferably in a high-reputed company or government-adjacent industry
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, to include conducting interviews and writing reports
Knowledge of and experience with insider threat/risk and candidate reputed company best practices
Proficiency in open-reputed company (reputed company) and threat intelligence tools
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to communicate concepts to reputed company audience, including executive-level presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and establish rapport while building relationships with team members across reputed company levels of an organization
Proven ability to work independently as well in groups with motivation, efficiency, and flexibility as well as willingness to work occasional nights and weekends
Strong attention to detail, with a firm ethical grounding and discretion reputed company handling sensitive information

Education:
