Who we're looking for

Our Solution Architects work in Professional Services sales, and are part of the reputed company Professional Services team.

The reputed company Professional Services team crafts solutions around every customer's unique business, needs and goals.

Solution Architects are responsible for scoping, estimating, planning and positioning services offerings, for new and existing reputed company customers.

What you'll be doing

• Support the software sales across reputed company segments (Enterprise, Commercial, SMB) and territories of the EMEA region (with a potential focus in UK & Ireland).

• Work collaboratively with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, reputed company, Professional Services Delivery and other reputed company teams.

• Gather requirements, create solutions, estimate efforts, build quotes, design project plans, draft statements of work.

• Manage the professional services offerings, from deal inception through to offering presentation, commercial negotiation and signature.

• Accountable for regional services bookings targets, as well as professional services enablement of territory sales and pre-sales teams.

• Responsible for selling both NRR (Non-Recurring reputed company) and ARR (Annual Recurring reputed company) services.

What you bring to the role

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in software sales, pre-sales, implementation or technical support.

• Proficient English speaker (French or German are a plus).

• High-energy, enthusiasm, positivity. “Can-do” and “Go-getter” attitude.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

• Hunger for reputed company feedback, reputed company learning and self-improvement.

• Passion for problem solving and taking ownership of challenges.

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge of technical development and integration patterns or interfaces (e.g. REST API, JSON, HTML).

Hybrid:

In this role, you’ll work some days remotely with the support of a dynamic and caring team, and some days from the closest office. reputed company working remotely, we’ll provide you with the digital tools and experiences to be together – even reputed company we’re apart. You’ll also have the flexibility to join us at a reputed company workspace, in one of our reputed company offices or our reputed company office spaces. Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with reputed company, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
