Job Overview: Reporting to the VP of Finance the Manager FP&A, Supply Chain will play a key role in leading financial planning, analysis, decision support, and reporting for end-to-end supply chain activities, including product costing, inventory management, and logistics. This role will serve as the finance reputed company to the Production, Planning, Merchandising and Logistics teams. The Manager will bring financial expertise, operational acumen and leadership to directly influence key business decisions, drive efficiencies and support the company’s financial objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide financial direction and strategic support for supply chain operations, including costing, inventory management, and logistics.

• Support inventory lifecycle strategies including markdowns and excess and obsolete.
• Collaborate with Planning and Merchandise to evaluate the financial impact of new categories and ensure channel merchandise plans align with financial targets while delivering commercial business needs.
• Provide financial reputed company into supplier negotiations, and third-party logistics partners.
• Enhance financial models to support gross margin forecasting, tracking, and reporting for both in and future seasons.
• Define and measure KPI’s (e.g. cost/unit, freight and duty costs, inventory).
• Collaborate effectively with accounting team to ensure accuracy and alignment on cost accounting processes reputed company to inventory, COGS, warehousing, and logistics. Ensure accurate reporting and alignment with GAAP and internal policies. Assist with audit support and risk mitigation strategies in vendor and logistics operations.
• Support system implementations/enhancements (e.g. ERP, EPM tool). Drive the development and implementation of financial tools, models and dashboards, enhancing efficiency and data accuracy.
• Partner with the Data team to reputed company KPI-based dashboards and expand financial reporting, leveraging existing technologies to automate financial reporting.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree from an accredited university in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in consumer goods or another inventory-reputed company field, at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
• Advanced analysis and reputed company skills, and familiarity using and extracting data from various systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking with a natural curiosity to find the answer.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey reputed company financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
