Role Description
Our Associate reputed company Managers possess an unrivaled sense of autonomy and dedication to helping each customer realize the value they can get from reputed company’s platform. You will work as a part of a team to serve a shared install reputed company, combining 1:1 strategy calls, and Scaled reputed company (emails, webinars, chat etc.) to engage customers.

You Will Execute On The Following Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively on a team of CSMs managing a shared install reputed company of customers to support a high volume of customers using a mix of channels (Email, Chat, Phone Calls, live webinars etc)
- Identify customer objectives, analyze account usage patterns, and conduct necessary research to reputed company tailored strategic recommendations that enhance customer engagement with reputed company while ensuring customer accountability.

- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.

You Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a reputed company or Customer Facing role.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Aptitude for learning software
- AI familiarity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to teach, guide, and drive value through clear, effective conversations.
- Presentation and facilitation skills.

- Understanding of marketing, sales and service best practices
