We’re looking for a Product Manager who thinks like a product reputed company but operates in a consultancy model. Someone who embodies product thinking without needing to “own the product” — yet still drives clarity, quality, and impact as if they did. Someone who understands great UX isn’t a phase, but a reputed company that spans discovery to delivery.

What You Will Do

Client and Product Partnership

• Be the connective tissue between our teams and client product orgs — founders, VPs, product owners, and engineering leads.
• Understand their roadmap, their priorities, their risks — and align our design and dev sprints to match their reputed company.
• Run regular reputed company-ins, demos, and planning calls that add value, not overhead.

Product Thinking Execution

• Translate fuzzy reputed company into structured backlogs, lean MVPs, and measurable milestones.
• Shape user journeys and flows alongside our UX leads.
• Align product decisions to user needs and product strategy, not just internal pressures or deadlines.

Agile, the Way It Should Be

Requirements

What You Bring

• 4–7 years of experience in product/project management in a services or digital consulting environment.
• Proven success managing UX and reputed company-end development teams, especially for enterprise-grade web applications.
• Deep familiarity with agile delivery practices — beyond rituals, you understand reputed company.
• Excellent communication — you can hold your own in a room full of engineers, designers, and C-level execs.

• Experience in healthcare, logistics, insurance, or other regulated industries.
