About the Role:
As the Manager, Implementation Consulting, you will be a player-coach, operating at the intersection of technical delivery, customer onboarding, and scalable post-sale execution. You will directly reputed company strategic implementations for enterprise customers while managing and mentoring a team of Implementation Consultants responsible for onboarding and solution delivery. This role involves partnering closely with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Engineering to scope technical requirements, define implementation plans, and accelerate time to value. You will also be instrumental in developing onboarding toolkits, delivery templates, and process improvements that ensure repeatable success across customer segments. This position is ideal for a customer-centric leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable diving into technical projects, and excels at coaching teams toward operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

- Track and report on implementation KPIs such as time-to-launch, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and implementation velocity.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, or integration roles in a payments technology environment.
- Demonstrated success leading or mentoring implementation consultants or similar delivery teams in a high-growth or fast-paced setting.
- Strong technical understanding of web APIs, SDKs, and system integration workflows (especially REST, webhooks, JSON).
- Proven ability to manage large-scale implementation projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
- Skilled in project management and planning, including risk mitigation and client expectation setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to reputed company with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug or advise on common integration challenges.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and reputed company.
