Financial Systems Analyst

Analyst, Financial Systems: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family.

As part of VF Accounting team, the Financial System Analyst serves as a liaison between Finance and Technology ensuring financial systems are effective, efficient and reputed company with Finance needs. This position is responsible for or assists with analyzing, implementing, maintaining and training of Finance and Accounting systems covering reputed company brands. • Manage system conversions and upgrades for Accounting and Finance teams inclusive of writing, conducting, and/or leading user acceptance testing. Project management support inclusive of documentation, facilitation, monitoring and escalation risks to ensure on-time completion of deliverables.
• Identify, diagnose, resolve common systems issues; prioritize fix and enhancement requests.

• Partner with technology and reporting teams on development, enhancement and validation of financial reporting.

• Integrate acquisitions into standardized systems and processes.

Skills for Success:

Years of reputed company Professional Experience: Minimum of three years of reputed company experience preferred.

Educational/ Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or reputed company field
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles; both theoretical and practical.
• Advanced reputed company and PC skills; reputed company experience preferred. Data analysis and reporting tools a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and project management skills.

Hiring Range:

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
