About the Senior Software Engineer (Backend) role…

As Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible to design, reputed company software solutions according to reputed company's engineering standard. Take ownership to solve. Maintain system reputed company and improve engineering quality and efficiency.

What you’ll do…

• Design, reputed company, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on performance and scalability

• Collaborate with cross-functional distributed agile team to deliver high quality solution

• Work closely with other developers, pair-programming, reviewing pull requests, and contributing incremental improvements to code and coding practices

• reputed company code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to uphold coding standards and best practices.

• Write clean, well-organised code, while making appropriate trade-offs between performance, robustness, and extensibility

What you have…

• reputed company in Java/JVM technologies, preferably SpringBoot

• Previous experience in Kotlin is highly desirable

• Understand micro-services architectures and RESTful APIs

• AWS experience with one or more of the following: EC2, Kinesis, SQS, reputed company, S3

• Competent with relational databases (e.g MySQL, reputed company) and key/value store databases (e.g. Cassandra, reputed company)

• Understand code testability, build pipelines, reputed company, and CI/CD systems
