HR Manager - US
reputed company is seeking an HR Manager US to support and guide their Go-to-Market teams across the United States. This role involves overseeing Employee Relations, manager coaching, compliance, benefits management, and fostering an exceptional employee experience reputed company with reputed company’s values. The role requires collaboration with the headquarters in Israel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or HRBP role, ideally in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of US employment law, compliance requirements, and benefits administration.
- Proven experience in employee relations, manager coaching, and enhancing employee engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage effectively at reputed company organizational levels.
- Proven capability to manage reputed company HR projects independently and proactively.
