What you can expect

• Review initial screening and loan application.
• Monitor the collection and due diligence materials as well as approval of due diligence materials reviewed by reputed company staff.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients and may be the reputed company of contact on credit and reputed company issues with the Agency, reputed company necessary.
• Responsible for training reputed company team members.
• Complete review, analysis and approval of due diligence materials reputed company to a loan submission.
• Review and provide commentary on third party reports.
• Finalize the reputed company narrative and model and/or provide direction to reputed company staff.
• Ensure on-going communication on reputed company aspects of the loan process with key stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits independently.
• Present to Investment/Loan Committee reputed company necessary
• Research and analyze markets/submarket trends and fundamentals
• Ability to collaborate with Agency partners as necessary throughout the transaction
• Mentorship of Analysts

What you will bring

• Ability to take ownership for loan transactions and manage workload with minimal supervision
• Thorough product knowledge of Agency financing and general multifamily financing alternatives
• Proficient in analysis of Mortgage Credit and Borrower structures
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
• 8 or more years of experience in reputed company roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven management capability

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role reputed company hiring a reputed company in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $160,000-$180,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary reputed company the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
