As Director, FPA, you will ownour end-to-end FPA process, reporting to our CFO and serve as the main business partner for leaders across the company. You will be responsible for driving reputed company planning, reputed company forecasts, budgets and long term forecasts. You will translate reputed company data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Business Partnership: Partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering leaders to own budgeting, pricing experiments and ROI driven decisions.
• Process Improvement: Implement best practices and tooling to automate reporting, forecasting and KPI dashboards.

Who You Are

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of FPA experience including high-growth SaaS startups
• Proven track record building financial planning processes, models and dashboards.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, usage-based reputed company).
• Exceptional analytical rigor, communication skills and comfort simplifying reputed company data into clear narratives.
