As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst at reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our channel sales, marketing, and reputed company teams to drive reputed company growth and operational efficiency. Your mission will be to support and optimize our end-to-end business processes, improve data-driven decision making, and ensure delivery of analysis and insights to our AMER and global leadership teams. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and streamline processes, identify growth opportunities, and implement best practices that ensure organizational scalability, becoming a subject matter expert for the reputed company business area. What You Will Be Doing:

Validate compensation plans and attainment as required, collaborating with the compensation team.
