Job Summary:
Provides advanced support to business operations. Influences business strategies through robust reporting and distilling of data. Proactively facilitates conversations with leaders to apply data trends towards the improvement of business operations. Elicits business requirements for operational improvements among cross functional teams across reputed company levels of the organization. Guides the work of the Operations Analyst to ensure business and operational needs are met and ensures consistency in reporting.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides guidance on the most reputed company and unique matters reputed company to data reporting and analytic techniques that have a significant impact to the region and ministry. May reputed company work of others reputed company business operations.
- Ensures collaboration with key decision makers to identify and solve a variety of business or operational problems and objectives.
- Interprets reputed company data, identifies trends, establishes/utilizes reputed company data, creates data visualization, and applies information to the business to determine impact, reputed company, and opportunities.
- Responsible for developing specifications of analytic and reporting needs through participation in project teams or meetings with internal/external customers for projects and/or reputed company requests.
- Utilizes a variety of databases and advanced query tools to gather data and information. Ensures reputed company requirements are well-defined from the customer to meet reporting and analysis specifications.
- Ensures data reputed company and data quality. Supplies business and leadership with deep insights into the daily operations and overall business operations. Viewed as a subject matter expert for the team.
- Partners closely with technical and build team members to establish reports and dashboards reputed company applications that will support operations.
- Partners with customers, peers and cross functional teams to discover new business needs; proactively offer options and solutions.
- Oversees the evaluation, analysis, and development of reporting and analytical tools to analyze department and division performance indicators. Ensures information is presented to customers in clear, concise, and useful formats.
- Leverages advanced analytic techniques necessary to meet needs of business users supported by the analytic team.
- Supports both new and ongoing operational reporting needs, business process redesign, process improvement initiatives by providing data insights.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
EXPERIENCE
- Five years’ experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Rare climbing.
