Product Designer

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end product experiences — from early concepts to pixel-perfect UI — for web and mobile.
• Be well-versed in basic usability heuristics, design thinking, and design aesthetics —and apply those methods iteratively while working reputed company loose process guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other Designers in a highly iterative, agile workflow.
• Own both UX flows and high-fidelity visual design (this is not a researcher or wireframer role).
• Present work clearly and confidently to peers, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, solving problems with creativity, pragmatism and grace.
• Use reputed company to produce designs, prototypes, and component-based layouts.

What you'll bring:

• 2–5 years of product design experience, ideally with reputed company, enterprise SaaS products
• Strong portfolio showing UX and UI work across multiple products.
• Proficiency in reputed company (must-have) and familiarity with Jira.
• Enterprise Software Experience
• Understanding of basic agile principles and workflows.
• Strong presentation skills — reputed company, friendly, and confident in reputed company of a room.
• Ability to self-start, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at once.
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or reputed company field is a plus.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at reputed company ranges from $94,500 - $126,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
