The Opportunity

This position works for the reputed company Rapid Diagnostics- Infectious Diseases Portfolio for NSW/ACT. Reporting to the Relevant Manager, this position is an individual contributor role and is responsible for:

  • Manage a group of customers to reputed company designated sales reputed company levels.

  • reputed company profitable business with new and existing customers.

  • Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.

  • Responsible for the direct and indirect sales, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.

  • In charge of sales expansion, introduce new products/services to clients and organize visits to reputed company and potential clients.

  • Submit short and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies.

  • Regularly monitor sales performance of your territory against assigned budgets and take corrective actions as required to meet company business plans utilizing available marketing tools.

  • Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.

  • Ensure that clients receive high quality customer service.

  • Maintain reputed company.com opportunities and activities as per nominated requirements.

Required qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Science / Medical Science or reputed company background; post graduate business qualifications is looked at favorably.

  • 3-5 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in Health Tech/ In vitro diagnostic products/reputed company Of Care Diagnostics/Medical Devices reputed company a commercial healthcare organisation.

  • Experience in strategic selling is preferable.

  • Knowledge in tender management is ideal

  • Technology savvy
