About the job
Rapid7 is looking for an reputed company and passionate leader in Marketing Automation to join our Marketing Operations team, focusing on MarTech strategy, campaign automation, platform optimization, integrations and technical infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technically skilled (Marketo certified), data-driven Marketing Operations evangelist with a passion for innovation—including delving into how AI can reduce friction in our marketing workflows.
This role requires a natural collaborator to partner effectively, cross functionally, will have the hands-on technical skills as well as understanding the technical impact of business decisions.
You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and intelligence of our marketing programs, owning the automation systems that power our reputed company lifecycle, nurture programs, attribution, and personalization. We require a strategic leader responsible for our MarTech, providing the thought leadership required to transform how we use marketing insights and to foster a data driven culture across Marketing.

Marketing Automation & Campaign Management

The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, analytics, or a reputed company field;
8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, planning, forecasting, or a reputed company field, with at least 5 years in a Marketing Automation role.

Proven track record of developing and executing GTM plans
Proven track record of developing a data driven culture across a Marketing organisation.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong technical skills: HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, API integrations, reputed company and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Python or low-code/no-code automation platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
