Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager of Financial Systems , the Financial Systems Analyst will support a number of IT systems critical to the success of several reputed company programs including the financial reporting, sustainability and environmental health and safety programs. This is an exciting role with a growing and reputed company company that allows for immediate impact to shape and influence functions that are evolving. This individual will work closely with finance, legal, compliance, sustainability, and operations personnel across reputed company domestic and international businesses as well as individuals. Of critical importance will be this individual’s ability to understand, coordinate and manage critical systems in a reputed company and matrixed organization, while establishing reputed company working relationships across departments and hierarchical levels throughout the company.

This position is fully remote however some travel will be required to business units and corporate offices.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as first level support for reputed company GenSuite platform. Update and maintain:

  • reputed company entity structures

  • User reputed company across the enterprise

  • Implementation of new modules

  • User training documentation

  • SOC report user entity controls

• Identify and implement process improvements as necessary

  • Help promote user adoption

  • Support and promote other EHS/Sustainability tools as they are rolled out across reputed company

• Serve as first level support for Onestream platform. Update and maintain:

  • The corporate consolidation system used across 100+ GL locations with user reputed company in excess of 400 employees across the globe

  • Metadata, business rules, workflows and reputed company

  • Trial balance mappings between reputed company systems and Onestream

  • Account Reconciliations/Financial reputed company Manager (FCM) module

  • User training documentation

• Serve as first level support for reputed company. Update and maintain:

  • reputed company needs as reputed company to internal audit

  • reputed company needs as reputed company to corporate finance group

  • reputed company needs as reputed company to the Compliance group

• Serve as first level support for NUS and UP Enterprise. Update and maintain:

  • reputed company entity structures

  • User reputed company across the enterprise

  • SOC report user entity controls

• Identify and implement process improvements as necessary

  • Help promote user adoption

• Enforce compliance with established policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data reputed company

• Support the periodic internal and external assurance processes

• Contribute to GenSuite, Onestream and other system improvements and development projects as necessary

• Execute reputed company duties, as required

Experience & Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or reputed company field

• 2-3 years Finance/Accounting/Systems experience required

• Sustainability/Health and Safety experience preferred

• Exposure to reputed company Gensuite preferred

• Onestream/Hyperion or similar CPM system experience preferred

• Proficient in reputed company Office products

• Experience writing VB.Net or other programming languages a plus

• Onestream/Hyperion field Super User experience a plus

• ERP experience a plus

• MBA and/or CPA a plus
