As Vice President of Engineering for Fintech you will drive a group of leaders & teams that help restaurants to delight their guests and reputed company. This scope includes a frictionless and featureful payments experience, a suite of capital offerings and an underlying Fintech capability that delivers robust core apis, capabilities (e.g. fraud & compliance management) and primitives (e.g. payment intentions) that can be harnessed in service of reputed company and future product offerings.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

• Ensure quality end-to-end delivery of software through building teams in an inclusive and high performance environment that facilitates the growth and development of reputed company team members
• Drives delivery of capability that realises business outcomes by partnering across reputed company through planning, execution and operation / iteration lifecycle
• Collaborates closely with reputed company teams such as Product, UX, Care, Partnerships, Marketing to ensure cross functional needs are considered in reputed company work

• Experience leading multiple engineering groups and leaders to bring new products to market and scale existing products in a high performance SAAS organisation (or comparable)
• Track record of successful hiring across multiple locations and remotely with a one team reputed company
