The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Assistant Manager to reputed company reputed company’s new era of content-driven and community-led marketing. • Social Platform Community Building

  • Build and grow reputed company’s organic reputed company on platforms such as Facebook, Dcard, Threads, and emerging communities, driving conversation and long-term loyalty.

  • Design and execute localized content strategies to reflect user insights, cultural trends, and community behavior.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, sales, customer marketing, and agency teams to align community and content strategies with business priorities.

• Track key metrics across content and community initiatives, using data to continuously optimize performance and impact.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to reputed company:

• 3 years of relevant marketing experience in digital, social media, content creation, or influencer marketing; familiarity with consumer electronics, youth, or reputed company marketing is a plus.

• Strong execution and project management skills, with hands-on experience in short video production, livestream programs, and social platform operations.

• Creative and self-driven reputed company, with a deep understanding of local trends, platform dynamics, and community engagement best practices.
