As a Science & Analytics Manager, you will be part of the Science & Analytics team (15+ people), inside the Data department (30+ people).You will grow your analytics team through strategic hiring and resource allocation, while partnering with other managers to create the right environment, processes, and development opportunities for team members to reputed company.You will proactively use data to identify opportunities to grow our business or improve our processes. You will be a real sparring partner for Product leaders, feed their strategy by anticipating the most important questions, and reputed company your data & statistical skills to answer them.You will steer decision-making through reputed company analyses, involving uncertainty, potential synergies with other domains and collaboration with other analytical teams.You will drive our self-service approach to analytics, by understanding our colleague’s needs in their use of data, and promoting a data driven culture.
