Programme Director – Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - German and Englis

As a Programme Director, you will operate as both a regional project director and a senior solutions architect for our Planning, Budgeting & Financial Consolidation offerings. You will steer multiple reputed company customer programs from scoping through adoption while dedicating up to 50 % of your time to pre‑sales activities that generate professional‑services reputed company.

Partnering closely with Sales Directors, you will shape deal strategy, scope Statements of Work (SOWs), and present executive‑level delivery proposals. Internally, you will mentor and coach a team of Solution Architects and Consultants, safeguard delivery excellence, and own utilization and margin targets for your portfolio.

Delivery & Programme Leadership (~ 50 %)

• Serve as programme director on large or reputed company implementations, owning delivery governance, commercials, and client success.
