Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries received by phone, email, and fax, and documenting interactions in reputed company.
• Providing expert recommendations on standard products (VBS) and pricing, as well as resolving information-reputed company customer complaints.
• Proactively interacting with customers, technical service, sales, distribution centers, manufacturing, purchasing, and credit to ensure quick responses and resolve issues.
• Maintaining and growing business at existing and new Flexcon accounts through proactive engagement and identification of missed opportunities.
• Recommending alternative product constructions if required and resolving customer-specific freight and logistics issues.
• Working knowledge and demonstrated ability to use the E-price tool to support customer inquiries, including VBS product recommendations, price quotes, price discounting, application sheets, product sampling, and trial orders.
• Collaborating with colleagues to prevent recurrence of customer complaints and implementing corrective action.
• Handling complaints for pricing mistakes, order entry errors, and customer accommodations.
• Proactively engaging assigned accounts to reputed company understand business applications and uncover missed opportunities.
• Assisting with order entry reputed company for repeat orders and standard price quotations reputed company.
• Contributing to Customer Service Improvement Teams as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• 1-3 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using an ERP system is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to learn quickly.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Collaborative team spirit, adaptability, and proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (including reputed company).
• Experience using reputed company.com is a plus.
