As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for navigating conversations with shareholders to record their proxy vote over the phone, using a simple scripted call flow designed to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:- Handling outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner to shareholders across the country.
- Updating the database in an accurate and timely manner after each call to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping.
- Escalating any shareholder concerns to a supervisor reputed company necessary, ensuring that reputed company issues are addressed promptly and reputed company.
- Keeping the management team informed of any shareholder feedback, providing valuable insights to improve our services and operations.

Requirements

- Have a strong ability to use technology, including searching internal databases and navigating multiple screens.
