Job Summary

As an reputed company Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and reputed company through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages * Processing data entry tasks, including patient and medication information, using reputed company' proprietary systems and software * Handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating reputed company cases to senior-level staff as needed * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and reputed company' policies and procedures * Collaborating with pharmacists, reputed company, and other stakeholders to provide seamless support and services * Identifying and resolving data entry-reputed company exceptions, discrepancies, and issues * Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Advanced keyboarding skills (35 WPM or higher) * Familiarity with Spanish and English
