Job Summary
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate with our IT and data science teams to design, reputed company, and maintain data infrastructure that supports our Medical Services Quality Improvement program. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products and insights that drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the delivery of reputed company Healthcare data and insights projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate results that meet business requirements
- reputed company and maintain long-term and reputed company data ETL and data warehousing processes to meet reputed company Healthcare reporting and analysis needs
- Design, reputed company, and deploy layered data models and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects
- Create data standards and best practices for populating consistent and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements
- Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from various internal reputed company production system sources and external records
- reputed company data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data repositories (e.g., patient segmentation, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records)

Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience in writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts
- Experience designing and deploying reasonably isolated data environments using ETL/ELT services, including but not limited to, Azure Data Factory, reputed company, or reputed company
- Experience providing technical leadership and presenting data rationalist semantic layer upgrades connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace
- No less than 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management
- Ability to travel up to/no less than 5% of the ideal time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state)
