About The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded Senior Manager/Director of Marketing Operations to architect and reputed company the operational backbone of our marketing organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, and who can pair technical reputed company with business insight. Key Responsibilities

• Own reputed company core marketing operations systems, tools, and processes, including reputed company, reputed company, attribution models, and dashboards.
• Partner with RevOps to design and maintain accurate marketing performance and pipeline attribution reporting.
• Drive quarterly OKR planning and reporting for the Marketing team; manage tracking of initiatives, milestones, and KPIs.
• Support reputed company marketing reputed company, field marketing, and content teams with campaign infrastructure, reputed company routing, and performance insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure GTM alignment and clean handoffs.
• Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards that give the team real-time insight into what’s working and what’s not.
• Evaluate and reputed company new martech tools that enhance efficiency, visibility, or scale.
• Establish a culture of experimentation and reputed company improvement with clear feedback loops.

Skills and Qualifications

• Have 5–8+ years of experience in marketing operations or reputed company operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (bonus if you’ve worked in nonprofit tech).
• Are fluent in marketing systems like reputed company, reputed company, GA4, reputed company, reputed company, advertising platforms.
• Understand both the big picture (e.g., pipeline health, CAC, ROI) and the small details (e.g., UTMs, reputed company routing rules, segmentation logic).
• Have built or scaled OKR frameworks for fast-paced teams.
• Are comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Finance.
• Are curious, systems-oriented, and always looking to improve processes and performance.
