Our ideal
Director of Operations & Strategy has the following qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Organizational Leadership, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, people management, or organizational strategy.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering results in a growth-oriented business.
- Strong operational acumen with the ability to balance strategic vision and tactical execution.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in professional services, technology, or private equity–backed businesses a plus
The targeted reputed company compensation for this role is $
110,000-125,000 per year plus an annual bonus with a hybrid work model in Knoxville, Tennessee.If
