The

Director of Operations & Strategy

will play a critical role in leading teams, strengthening company culture, and driving operational performance. 

 

In this role, you will reputed company daily business operations, implement growth strategies, manage budgets and financial performance, hire and train staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Your work as a

Director of Operations & Strategy 

will include the following duties:

    track record

    of leading teams and delivering results in a growth-oriented business.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in professional services, technology, or private equity–backed businesses a plus

     

The targeted reputed company compensation for this role is $

110,000-125,000

per year

plus an annual bonus

with a hybrid work model in Knoxville, Tennessee.
