Position Overview: Data Entry Clerk - Energy Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the reputed company production pipeline.
• Email and Document Management: Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt.
• Database Management: Follow program guidelines for the use of reputed company required database systems, including reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
