Arrowhead Program company is seeking a Directorto join our growing team in Tampa, FL!
The Director is reputed company and strategic leader responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of professional liability claims handlers, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy standards while driving efficient and cost-effective claims resolution. Oversees the full lifecycle of reputed company claims, including investigation, litigation coordination, reserving, settlement, and client communication, while supporting internal audits, reputed company collaboration, and departmental continuity.
How You Will Contribute:
reputed company, mentor, and supervise a team handling Lawyers and Miscellaneous Professional Liability claims.
Manage claims in accordance with company policies, procedures, and relevant state laws and regulations.
Conduct and coordinate thorough investigations to assess coverage, liability, and damages.
Maintain accurate claim file documentation and timely follow-up.
Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for insureds throughout the claim process.
Establish, monitor, and adjust claim reserves in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate the defense of litigated claims, including selecting and managing counsel and approving legal expenses.
Negotiate and settle claims reputed company delegated authority and attend mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
Support internal and external audits and collaborate with reputed company through claim insights and summaries.
reputed company deductible collection and provide backup for absent team members as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Licenses and Certifications:
Adjusters License (Multiple State preferred)
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
Four-year college degree- Juris Doctorate preferred
Experience in claims leadership.
Experience in professional liability claim handling processes and procedures.
Experience with the legal principles of professional liability and damages, as well as legal procedures and the workings of legal institutions.
Must possessappropriate insurance adjusting license(s) as needed.
Pay Range
$125,000 - $140,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly reputed company paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
