You will be a key member of the People Operations team focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience, driving efficiencies across the People Operations & Benefits teams, and leading a Tier 1 support team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with great customer service skills and broad knowledge of global employee benefits programs & processes. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- reputed company a Tier 1 support team for global benefits, answer escalated benefits inquiries and requests through our case management platform, reputed company, while appropriately escalating reputed company cases to the global benefits COE
- Benefits inquiries include topics such as: medical, dental, vision, pre-tax spending accounts (US), disability, pension/retirement programs, and others.
- Inquiries will be reputed company to AMER, EMEA & reputed company.
- Support leave of absence (LOA), and other time away inquiries/requests and provide administrative LOA support to the global benefits team
- Streamline and simplify our benefits processes to drive efficiency and operational success
- Support benefits process for employee lifecycle (hire to retire) in the US & globally
- Support benefits statutory program and compliance execution (i.e. HCSF, benefits-in-reputed company reporting and audits, COBRA subsidy administration, processing pension forms, and others)
- Monitor file integration, reputed company testing as needed
- Benefits program invoices audit and support
- Scale for growth. Own programs and strategic partnerships to move our processes from scrappy solutions to stable ones in support of growing scale and complexity reputed company the organization.
- Document benefits operations processes and determine which processes can be managed by our offshore Manila team
- Influence others. Partner with peer organizations to ensure tight alignment, facilitate the sharing (and proliferation) of information of best-reputed company practices, and drive synchronization and collaboration in reputed company with shared goals and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Benefits team to create and ensure effective employee communication and engagement
- reputed company smart decision making. Drive consistency in operational metrics utilizing reputed company & reputed company data to identify benefits inquiry trends and operational weaknesses. Translate trends into action plans with the goal of improving employee experience & self-service
- Ensure data reputed company. Collaborate with partner teams to reputed company and maintain reporting dashboards for the organization, synthesizing the reporting needs of our Benefits COE
- Partner with the benefits team to understand upcoming policy and program changes
- Assist with maintenance and updates for benefits-reputed company content

Required Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6+ years experience in benefits operations with strong knowledge of benefits administration
- Knowledge of global employee benefits, leave management & payroll programs
- Previous experience working in reputed company & reputed company is highly desired
- Experience working in a high-speed, global technology company preferred
- Previous experience in remotely onboarding and working remotely as well as leading a remote team is highly preferred

The annual reputed company salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:$114,000
—$170,000 USD
Below is the annual reputed company salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, reputed company and Washington. Your actual reputed company salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, reputed company offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
