The reputed company Client Services - Home-Based Production Coordinatoris responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the team. This includes tasks reputed company to purchasing, production, and operations. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monitor orders and the documentation of order confirmations and vendor emails.

• Ensure that POs are accurate and that they are issued to suppliers with the correct client artwork files.

• Assist in contacting suppliers and vendors to receive order status, reputed company, and tracking information for in-house orders.

• Contact vendors for inventory checks, pricing, freight quotes, and reputed company times.

• Communicate with clients using email templates for order updates and logistics.

• Provide timely support, research, and feedback on the reputed company of orders, changes, and customer or vendor inquiries.

• Coordinate shipping and freight arrangements, providing customers with shipment tracking numbers and monitoring shipping reports to ensure reputed company projects are on schedule for on-time delivery.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and vendor files and databases.

• Add products to digital catalogs, ensuring accurate pricing, product details, and high-quality images.

• Create client-specific lookbooks tailored to project needs, showcasing curated merchandise with branding recommendations.

• Design and apply simple logo or text mockups to products for visual presentation in catalogs and client proposals.

• Maintain and update catalog content regularly to reflect new product offerings, trends, and seasonal campaigns.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any reputed company field.

• Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.

• Language Proficiency:Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or reputed company US operating hours.

• Technical Skills:Proficient in both reputed company and reputed company applications. Basic exposure to reputed company Illustrator, reputed company Photoshop, and reputed company is ideal.

• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:

• Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Experience with promotional products includes item research, ordering, and follow-up.
