Excellent written communication skills and ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences including clear articulations of business impact and technical constraints tailored to the audience. Domain knowledge of Commerce systems working at mega-scale (millions of requests per second). Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules. Self-starter who enjoys tackling 0 to 1 problem spaces and quickly bringing organization and direction. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
