RPM’s reputed company network of providers is made up of board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses licensed to treat patients in reputed company 50 states and Washington, DC.As a 6-month contracted Virtual Registered Nurse, you’ll partner with RPM Providers and work independently to provide high-quality patient care through EMR messaging and communications, and triage to ensure safety, productivity, and team optimization are maintained at the practice level. You are passionate about working in non-traditional healthcare settings and expanding patient access. You can troubleshoot challenging situations as they arise and ensure high-quality patient care is provided per RPM principles and guidelines. You will report to an RN reputed company throughout the length of your contract.Who are you? That's a great question. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are highly technologically savvy, and you are a problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively with others. We don’t expect you to know everything about medicine or telemedicine, but we do expect you to be ready to dive in and learn.

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive clinical care by independently managing direct patient needs, including message triage, counseling, and education to patients in our Sexual Health and Metabolic Health care verticals.
• Complete tasks such as reputed company effect management, efficacy counseling, and overall clinical practice support.
• Coordinate care effectively by triaging and escalating patient concerns to the appropriate provider groups (Staff RNs, Practitioners, Customer Care, Patient Advocates) according to Ro guidelines.
• Triage patient queries and adverse event reports, ensuring they are routed to the patient’s physician, NP, or medical leadership as needed.
• Utilize our custom EMR system to answer basic medical questions, educate patients on their conditions and treatments, and offer guidance on lifestyle recommendations and holistic therapies.
• Adhere to best practices and company-specific policies for nursing care and treatment.
• Review lab results using approved protocols to provide targeted lifestyle coaching and patient education for weight management.
• Serve as a resource for the non-clinical Care Team, addressing day-to-day clinical questions and concerns.

What You'll Bring:

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Active, unencumbered Compact Nursing License
• Bonus points for unencumbered Non-Compact Nursing Licenses (AK, CA, CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, NV, NY, OR)
• 4 years of clinical experience as an RN
• Experience in a fast-paced, highly iterative clinical care role
• Strong written and oral communication
• Tech savviness
• Ability to work independently
• Resourceful and willing to take ownership of tasks
• Ability to balance quality and efficiency/metrics
• Some prescheduled weekend and night availability will be required as part of your work schedule
• Will be required to work on some holidays

We're Currently Looking For The Following Availability:

• Option 1 – 4x10 (4 days/week, 10-hour shifts):
• Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
• Option 2 – 4x10 (4 days/week, 10-hour shifts):
• Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
While we try our best to accommodate schedule preferences whenever possible, schedules will be assigned based on the needs of the business.

The annualized reputed company salary for this position is $90,000.
