Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Female Bookkeeper with expertise in US tax filing and exceptional client communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and handling various bookkeeping and tax-reputed company tasks. This role requires a strong ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide reputed company and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries reputed company email, phone, and chat, ensuring reputed company client needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Account Management: Manage client accounts through file management systems, ensuring reputed company documents are organized and readily available for tax filings.
• Document Assistance: Assist clients in gathering necessary documents for tax preparation, bookkeeping, and other financial needs.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate client meetings, including quarterly reviews, tax planning, and general consultations.
• Tax Preparation Pipeline: Monitor the tax preparation pipeline and ensure clients submit required documents in a timely manner.
• Bookkeeping Tasks: Handle basic tasks reputed company to bookkeeping, such as requesting access to financial systems, preparing journal entries, and assisting with 1099 management.
• Tax Communications: Manage communications for tax projections, extensions, and the filing of returns.
• Support for Tax Preparers: Support tax preparers by resolving client questions, monitoring notes, and ensuring reputed company preparation stages are completed smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and US tax filing.
• Strong ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and file management systems.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field is a plus.
