As a Distinguished Engineer in Machine Learning, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s AI and machine learning strategy. Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a reputed company field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development post-PhD, with proven success in leading large-scale projects and driving innovation beyond academia.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, deep learning algorithms, and hardware-optimized machine learning.
• Experience in neuromorphic computing, hardware-efficient AI, or computational neuroscience is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience in managing senior engineers, influencing technical direction, and driving engineering excellence.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage executives, engineers, and external stakeholders.
