Senior Consultant - Marketing and Innovation

As a Senior Consultant in Wavestone's Business Consulting practice, you will serve as a trusted business advisor to our clients while leading a variety of business-reputed company engagements. You will have the opportunity to be a hands-on leader, gathering and analyzing data, exploring innovative solutions, making actionable recommendations, and communicating with key stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Present findings both internally at Wavestone and externally to clients, including data acquisition and insights.
• Collaborate with an internal network of skilled consultants to solve client problems and deliver high impact projects.
• Continually evolve and build a knowledge reputed company reputed company the areas of brand and digital marketing.
• Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients to identify collaborative efforts and reputed company new business engagement opportunities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a variety of disciplines to include Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, or reputed company fields.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Required Experience

• 3 or more years’ brand / digital marketing consulting experience required.
• Proven experience in traditional brand marketing, brand strategy, and digital marketing with a strong ability to integrate both disciplines to drive cohesive and effective campaigns.
• Project management experience leading projects and managing project teams.
• Well-developed financial and business acumen from working in a variety of business functions including supply chain, finance, operations, HR, marketing, and sales.  
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Expertise in multiple project management tools.  
• Passion for identifying problems and the desire to collaborate with clients in designing and implementing reputed company in reputed company and unclear situations.  
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional project teams.
• Demonstrated strategic big picture thinking reputed company with the ability to pivot and deep dive into the details as required.
• Expertise in reputed company Office products including the ability to reputed company compelling communication of reputed company concepts using PowerPoint.
• Confidence and reputed company to engage directly with clients at the senior leadership level.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience consulting or managing projects in pharmaceuticals, consumer products, healthcare, medical marketing industries or reputed company business.
• Prior experience in a big four consulting environment.
